ABOUT AUBURN PORCHFEST
What is Porchfest?
Auburn Porchfest is a curated neighborhood music festival that turns Auburn's front porches into intimate stages for one afternoon each October. But what people remember isn't just the music — it's the neighbor they finally met after three years of waving, the restaurant they wandered into because the band was taking a break, the kids playing in someone's yard while their parents stood on the sidewalk talking to a stranger. Porch hosts become fierce advocates for their performers, following them to shows all year long. That's not something you plan. That's something that happens when a town opens its doors.
HOW IT WORKS

Musicians
Various musicians, artists, and performers apply to participate and are selected to showcase their talent at different locations throughout the festival.
Event organizers
Secure permits, obtain event insurance, and create schedules and maps to guide attendees through the various performance locations featuring live music.

View Porch LocationsKeep the Music Coming Back
Auburn Porchfest isn't free to put on. City permits, performer coordination, sound support, signage, shuttles — it adds up fast. Every dollar raised goes directly toward making it happen again next year.
If a performer moved you today, tip them directly — cash at the porch or Venmo their handle if they have one. That money goes straight to the artist.
Donations to Auburn Porchfest and purchases from the Collection fund the infrastructure that makes it all possible — permits, insurance, signage, shuttles — and keep the Performer page running year-round, where community members book these artists long after October. You're not just funding a day. You're building a stage they can stand on all year.
